Islamabad with its model city characteristics is the capital of Pakistan. Few capitals can claim such a beautiful setting. Day 1: Islamabad - Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, where you will be met, then transfer to the hotel. After breakfast and a short rest proceed for a half day tour of Taxila visiting the museum and archaeological sites. Taxila is situated 35 miles from Rawalpindi. It was invaded by Alexander the Great. The creative Gandhara period followed shortly thereafter and Taxila remained the centre of learning, philosophy and art. In the afternoon, enjoy a city sightseeing tour of Islamabad and Rawalpindi visiting Raja Bazaar, Shakar Parian (the sweet hills), and Daman-e-Koh for a bird's eye view of this beautiful capital city. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Murree - After breakfast drive to Murree - the most beautiful and popular hill station - visiting Patriata, Ayubia and Bhurban. Drive back to Islamabad in the afternoon and enjoy the local street food. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Islamabad - After breakfast enjoy a day of leisure for shopping in the markets, and in the afternoon transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
